Ride in the 2023 Pedal Parade

By registering for this event, I agree to the following: As a prerequisite to the participation in the 2022 Star Spangled Pedal Parade, the registrant, as responsible party and representative of all participants in the aforementioned en try, knowingly and voluntarily assumes, on behalf of all participants, any and all risks inherent to participation in the parade. Further, the undersigned waives on their behalf, and all participants associated with this entry, any rights to claim against the event hosts, its officials, sponsors, or volunteers for any reason including but not limited to, loss of life, bodily injury, property damage and/or loss that may be sustained a as result of the participation in the parade. I acknowledge receipt of, and agrees on their behalf and all participants associated with this entry, to abide by the regulations for participation in the parade. Acceptance of this application and participation in the parade is strictly subject to the discretion of event hosts who reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.
