Sylvia’s Breakfast 2024
Coming up this April 22, 2025, 9-11 am at Holliday Farms
As we commemorate 15 years of dedicated service to the children and families of Boone County, Sylvia’s Child Advocacy Center, in collaboration with our valued community partners, reflects on the impactful strides we have made in addressing the critical issue of child abuse in our community.
This event is hosted by the esteemed First Ladies of Boone County and enjoys the support of Boone County’s first responders, elected officials, business leaders, and families. Continental breakfast will be served.
Our last two breakfast fundraisers, generously held at Zionsville Town Hall, sold out, so this year, we are taking a big step to rent a larger venue to accommodate up to 250 people!
The 2025 Sylvia’s Breakfast promises to be enlightening, providing a platform for Sylvia’s story and highlighting the future of Sylvia’s Child Advocacy Center. We sincerely hope you will be a part of this impactful gathering that honors the past and shapes the future of our commitment to the well-being of Boone County children and families.
Sincerely,

Kassie Frazier
Executive Director, Sylvia’s CAC
A mission to ensure no child suffers in silence
Over the past 15 years, Sylvia’s Child Advocacy Center has conducted over 2,200 interviews with children making informed reports of sexual or physical abuse, as well as those who have witnessed domestic violence. In addition to providing vital services to these children and families, we have implemented sexual abuse prevention programs, first responder programs, and engaged in community outreach efforts.
Sylvia’s story is at the heart of our mission, serving as a poignant reminder of the urgency and importance of our work. Named in honor of Sylvia Likens, a young girl who tragically fell victim to severe abuse, our center stands as a beacon of hope and healing for the children of Boone County.
Sylvia’s legacy fuels our commitment to providing a comprehensive and coordinated response to child abuse, ensuring that no child suffers in silence.

About our speakers and emcees
This gathering provides a unique opportunity to delve into the heart of our mission by highlighting Sylvia’s life and the work we all do in our community. We will engage in a thoughtful discussion about our future goals, with a keynote address delivered by survivor and speaker Alicia Kozak.
